Outdoor Group AR Experiences

As a national organization, AR provides intentional group adventures develop trust, teamwork, and connection. If you seek transformative group outdoor experiences, Adventure Recovery facilitates powerful, memorable half-day, day-long, overnight, and multi-day excursions. We work with different populations in our tailored group programs. Participants include families, institutions, treatment centers, schools, and corporate groups. Clients tell us their goals, interests, and activities of choice and we chart the course.

You choose the activity, we provide the gear, the technical know-how, the guides, and provide memorable expeditions and ongoing group experiences.

With a recovery-based focus, we provide mental health-informed, sober adventure services for those recovering from addiction of any kind. You do not need to be in recovery to join us in the great outdoors. Here is more about how AR works. In addition, we provide Adventure Recovery mentorship coaching services. We work with groups that want a guided nature experience to bond, create a deeper sense of collaboration and trust, or simply have an epic experience in the great outdoors. In addition, we provide technical outdoor skills experiences and certifications in rock climbing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, SUP, orienteering, mountain biking, backpacking, wilderness survival, cross-country skiing, back-country snowboarding and skiing, and rites of passage. These programs can be customized to meet the goals of your group.

By combining techniques from mentorship, adventure-based learning, and outdoor skills instruction, we empower participants to identify and achieve their goals. These skills develop into lifelong learning opportunities and tools for living a healthy, meaningful life.
